Savour the impeccably prepared sturgeon main, featuring a delightful symphony of well-balanced and exquisite flavours.



To conclude the meal, we enjoyed a signature chestnut dessert, transformed into a birthday cake for our lunch celebration, and last but not least, the petit fours.


We had a truly memorable lunch, marking it as the best dining experience in Prague.

We were fortunate to dine here on Christmas day, enjoying their special 5-course menu with perfectly paired selections.
The dish of the day for me was the perfectly seasoned and cooked trout, and for Madam, the masterfully crusted and flavourful pork tenderloin.




As for the pairing, the highlight was the 2020 Frankovka; surprisingly delightful for a young vintage, it boasts well with intriguing spice and cinnamon notes.


From the moment we stepped in until the last bite, we relished every moment of our time here, making it a truly memorable and festive experience.
